Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using the Nava app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Nava.
1. About Nava
Nava is a property management platform that allows property owners to manage rental and sales properties, tenants to pay rent and communicate with their community, and buyers and sellers to browse and list properties. Nava is operated by CueBytes Ltd.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nava. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law.
3. Your Account
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Roles
Nava has distinct user roles — Owner, Property Manager, Tenant, Buyer, and Seller. Each role carries different capabilities and responsibilities within the platform. Superadmin and Admin roles are restricted to Nava staff.
3.3 Account Security
Notify us immediately at support@nava.app if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings or personal information.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users via the chat or community features.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the platform without our written permission.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt or harm the platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Circumvent or interfere with any security or access control mechanism.
5. Wallet & Payments
5.1 Prepaid Wallet
Nava operates a prepaid wallet system. You top up your wallet using a debit or credit card via Stripe and use the balance to pay rent, bills, or other platform charges. The wallet is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
5.2 Top-Ups
Minimum top-up: €10. Maximum single top-up: €10,000. All top-ups are subject to Stripe's fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a top-up if we suspect fraud or violation of these terms.
5.3 Payments & Bills
Monthly rent and associated bills are deducted from your wallet balance on the due date set in your subscription. Ensure your wallet has sufficient funds before the due date. Late payments may be subject to fees as defined in your rental agreement.
5.4 Refunds & Disputes
Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except where a technical error has occurred. If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact support@nava.app within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
5.5 Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By using the payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
6. Property Listings
6.1 Owner Responsibilities
Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Nava does not verify the accuracy of listing information and is not liable for any discrepancies.
6.2 Prohibited Listings
You may not list properties that are unsafe, uninhabitable, or that you do not have the legal right to list. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.3 Listing Approval
Properties listed for sale on the public marketplace may be subject to a moderation review before being published.
7. Community & Chat
The community feed and chat features are provided for legitimate property management communications. You agree to:
- Not post spam, advertising, or off-topic commercial content.
- Respect other users and not post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violent.
- Not share personal information of others without their consent.
Nava reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
8. E-Signatures
Nava integrates with BoldSign to enable digital signing of lease agreements. By using the e-signature feature, you agree that electronically signed documents carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures under applicable electronic signature laws. You are responsible for reviewing documents thoroughly before signing.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content that forms the Nava platform is owned by or licensed to CueBytes Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit (property photos, messages, documents). By submitting content, you grant Nava a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
10. Rewards Programme
Nava may offer a rewards programme where points are earned for platform activity and redeemed for benefits. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, expire as described in the programme rules, and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nava does not act as a letting agent, estate agent, or financial adviser. Any agreements between owners and tenants are solely between those parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nava in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nava, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the platform.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You breach these terms.
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Your account is involved in a dispute that poses a risk to the platform or other users.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit nava.app/delete-account for instructions.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
