This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, messages, wallet history, and all personal data. This cannot be reversed. Make sure you have paid any outstanding bills and settled all obligations before proceeding.
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Nava app:

1Open the Nava app
Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

2Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon → Settings from the bottom navigation bar.

3Tap "Privacy & Account"
Scroll down to the Privacy section and tap Delete My Account.

4Confirm deletion
You will be asked to type your password to confirm. Once confirmed, your account is scheduled for deletion.

5Deletion completes within 30 days
Your account is deactivated immediately and all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (see below).
Option 2 — Request by Email
If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to complete the in-app deletion, send us a deletion request by email:
Email Us — privacy@nava.appInclude in your email:
- The email address registered to your account
- Your Nava username
- A brief confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent
We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 5 business days. Data will be permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation.
What Happens to Your Data
The table below outlines what happens to each category of data when your account is deleted.

Before You Delete — Things to Consider
Outstanding Bills
Ensure all outstanding bills are paid before deleting your account. Unpaid bills do not disappear on account deletion and may be referred to a collections process.
Wallet Balance
Withdraw any remaining wallet balance before requesting deletion. You can withdraw via Settings → Wallet → Withdraw. Any balance remaining at the time of deletion will be forfeited.
Active Leases
If you are linked to an active rental subscription as a tenant, contact your property owner or manager to ensure the tenancy is formally ended before deleting your account.
Pending E-Signatures
Any pending lease agreements sent for e-signature will be cancelled upon account deletion.
Cancel a Deletion Request
Changed your mind? If you requested deletion via email, reply to the confirmation email within the 30-day window and we will cancel the request. If you submitted the request in-app, go to Settings → Privacy → Cancel Account Deletion within 30 days.
